Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival and hosts very friendly. Very good breakfast.

Very kind and a nice place to stay. In the middle of Renovation but no affection to the stay. Really nice people.
Room was good size, can hear every flush of a toilet or shower from any room. All doors creak. No control over guests, ours next door played music and talked till 4.30am and that was after the landlady ccame up to say something at 1.30. Not family friendly, more party. 3 hours sleep all night what a waste of money
Very friendly welcome. Lynne couldn't do enough for us. Lovely breakfast. Just don't underestimate the hills in Ilfracombe.
