Very good value for money. But a little bit disappointed with the price of the drinks. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be going back.
If I could give 0 I would have done it.Complete fraud.Bought a voucher through Groupon, booked the hotel for the weekend and after 5h driving found the hotel closed.They confirmed by email my booking.Tried to call about 10times and had no answer.Be careful
My brother in law paid our deposit for 4 people last January to stay for 4 nights over new year. We rang to confirm everything was alright in December only to find that they said they had no knowledge of our booking.We had to hastily arrange another booking at another establishment. We went to see the owner only to find the place was locked so we banged on the door and finally a man by the name of Andre answered the door and gave us a load of waffle. To anyone seriously thinking about going there I wish you good luck as they didn't warrant our trust with our money saying they were fully booked.There are lots of reputable places in ilfracombe but this is not one of them
Having returned from a 3 night stay with our dog we would highly recommend this hotel. You can not fault the place on value for money. The views are spectacular, right on the sea front over looking the Bristol chanel. Clean and cozy accommodation, you can see a lot of work has gone in to bring this hotel up to date . The hotel has a restaurant that offers steaks, fish, pasta dishes and in our opinion the best pizza we've ever had. Can't wait to return.
Went out for a meal here tonight with family. Staff were lovely, very cheerful and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and decorated really well. Food was excellent. Will definitely be going back again.
