Good food and reasonable price
Love this place! We've visited here since my childhood holidays, so probably the best part of thirty years. Over that time it has evolved and managed to stay open despite a great deal of other cafs and coffee shops opening in the vicinity. Swiss Cottage always have amazing home made cakes, pies and pastries, served with Devon clotted cream. Happily, this is still owned by the same family.
Really good food. Good atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, smiley and polite. Very welcoming and quick at serving your food and drink.Prices are good. Food is good. Feels quite old and rustic, which is nice as you don't get many of these classic places anymore. Every time I visit Ilfracombe, this is the place I will always visit.
