I do not rent with them but I own a flat below one of there rented flats & have had a lot of problems & they are lets say less than helpful in trying to sort the issues out for me I would give them zero stars if there was that option

BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY. DSS ONLY. IF YOU WANT TENANTS THAT DO NOT PAY ON DSS AND SPEND ALL THEIR HOUSING BENEFITS THAN THEY CAN HELP. COMPLETE DISGRACE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY ONLY CONTACT THEIR TENANTS THROUGH FACEBOOK WHEN THEY SHOW UP AND NEVER CONTACT YOU ABOUT ANYTHING!!!
