Brilliant atmosphere friendly staff and plenty of real ale A1
On a cold quiet February lunchtime it's a warm friendly (and dog friendly) retreat with a varied menu to suit everyone.
Great food and staff, pub lacked clarity of style, some nice touches, but too much 1980 meets 2018. Rip up the carpet get rid of the pale green, burn the old steak Saturday boards and finish the makeover. Nearly an easy 4 star place
Lovely seaside pub with a warm and friendly welcome. Good food (big plates), recommend the fish pie and sausage and mash (onion gravy to die for). Really friendly staff and locals, dogs were made most welcome too. Nice costal walk round from the main town too if you're looking to earn your food and drink
Loved it! Food, menu, place, service was all great. Highly recommend. We'll be back.
